Hakushika’s Fresh & Light Sake featured at Tsunami Relief Dinner Posted on June 18, 2011 by staceywines This past April one of Nashville’s hottest tapas bars, Cha Chah, hosted a tsunami relief fundraiser event. The lavish dinner was prepared by ChaChah’s main chef Adam Mint who worked with Top Chef All Star Tiffany Derry. All of the proceeds from the $125 a guest event went toward Japan’s Tsunami Relief efforts.
